OWN has released the full length trailer for the upcoming second season of Greenleaf and in it, we see that the power of a good secret can destroy even the sturdiest of kingdoms.

Greenleaf season two finds the family reeling after Mac gets released from prison and the Bishop comes under fire for the arson at First Baptist. The justice that Grace thought she had finally gotten her sister was disintegrated before her very eyes once Mac came back to the family’s compound, which could very easily break her spirit given how hard she worked to put him away. Yet Grace doesn’t have the luxury of crumbling with Jacob off working for (and being used by) Bishop Skanks, the Bishop’s condition flaring up and his freedom up in the air, and Sophia needing a stable mother to come home to once her time with her father is over. Despite the bad blood coursing through Lady Mae’s veins whenever her name is brought up or her face is seen, Grace has to be the family’s bedrock right now and keep the church functional while Rome burns behind her. But how much will she be able to take before her body, mind, and spirit finally give out on her?

Joining the cast this season is Rick Fox (Hit the Floor) as Darius, a local journalist who comes into Grace’s orbit, while

The second season of Greenleaf is set to premiere Wednesday, March 15th at 10:00 on OWN. The first eight episodes of season two will air in the spring, with the back half of the season to debut in the summer.

Will you be watching Greenleaf season two? Do you think that Grace will ever be able to get justice for Faith? How will Lady Mae keep her kingdom from falling into ruin with all that’s working to bring it down?
