A new episode of the Cartoon Network’s Green Lantern animated series is set to air this morning, March 24. The episode is called “Into The Abyss” and the Cartoon Network has provided us with a gallery of images from the episode.
They’ve also released an official description:
The Green Lanterns are called upon to save a cargo ship caught in a dangerous black hole-type anomaly. With help from Red Lantern Razer and Aya, the Interceptor’s AI, Hal and Kilowog must bring the ship and it’s valuable cargo to safety before they’re crushed alive.

Great episode. It reminded me of a classic Hal Jordan/Green Lantern story from Super Friends or something of that nature. Obviously it had nothing to do with the Red Lantern story arc, but it was a great GL story!
