Arnold's Terminator in T2

Just rewatched Terminator 2: Judgment Day and I have to go with Arnold's Terminator from T2. As the movie progressed it became more and more human and learning not to kill, learning in general. At the end the Terminator sacrifices itself for the good of mankind.

That message is really inspiring, that humans and machines can get along...at least before bad sequels are made.
