Jo?? Come on, it has to be Ash, remember how fast he got those results about the nursery fires. It's more likely he already had it pulled up for Gordon to hunt.

For someone who didn't see the episodes, you can't call it boring. Watch it first then call it whatever. But you will see its far from boring.

i think he was just refering to the dean must kill sam if sam turns evil part boring. the episode wasnt boring at all. lots of good stuff. blood action humopr. a typical supernatural episode.

anyway thats all john told dean unless dean just didnt tell all of it. but we did find out the plans the demon had which was revealed throughout the story. The demon is looking for people with those special gifts so he can turn them evil and go agianst there own kind. he wants to turn powerful humans into warriors to fight for the side of hell.

        Excellent episode!!

I can't really add much to what has already been posted, but I do have a few things.

First I agree with Superhippie. think it was Ash, not Jo, who told Gordon where to find Sam. I can't really put my finger on why I think this, but at the end of the episode this was the first thing I thought about. Jo wasn't around when Sam showed up to ask for help so unless someone from the Roadhouse called her and told her where Sam was she couldn't have given Gordon that information.

Second, this episode set up was I looks to be a great 2nd half of the season!! The coming war, Sam's part in it, etc... should make for exciting TV.

Umm I wasn't calling the episode boring. I was calling the "Big Reveal" boring. I thought there was more to it than that. I mean I kinda already saw what Dean revealed coming. We already knew The Demon had plans for Sam. Demons are evil, so I kinda knew the plans would be evil also.

Okay well that's a new tidbit.

WHat I dont really get right now is how come The Demon kills these psychic's mothers when they are babys. Is it to like draw them out or something? To leave a sign? I dunno. Excited as hell to see the episode though.

so do you think ava did got kidnapped by a demon? I thought that maybe she had turned evil, or rather "lived up to her destiny" or whatever, that was my impression... that she did it...

That was the impression I got too! I thought that she was either convinced by the Demon to kill him or she was possessed and did it.

But then everyone I talked to about it said that it was definetly the demon that killed him and just kidnapped her or something.

Oh well, I guess we'll just have to wait and see....

Well when you say boring, it sounded you called the episode boring. The word doesn't really fit in this context. Words like Lame, dumb and stupid. Those would convey what you meant about what Dean told Sam.

i really liked this episode and even liked ava. i really hope she's okay but i guess, you could never tell on this show =)!

i'll wait for the next episodes (if they will ever show this season) as to whom gordon got the information from the roadhouse.

i don't want to contemplate who might that be because i like ash =) so i guess we shall see....

i thought that eva turned evil and killed her fiance

this was a great episode!!! i loved it. how sam couldnt kill gordon shows that he can never really be as evil as everyone thinks. i cant wait till this 'war' storyline starts. it'll be sooo good!!! right now it looks like they're going back to fillers. but thats ok, they still are pretty good most of the time

i wanna know who the traitor is!!!!

Scary to think about too. Considering she was more than willing to let Dean into her pants before Ellen told her how her dad died.

                        -----------------------------------------------

                        Remembered a couple more good lines, all between Dean and Gordon;

Dean - "... Sam gets a guilty conscience just by looking at porn on the internet!"

                        --------

                        Dean - "You son of a b*tch."
Gordon - [backhands Dean] "Careful. That's my momma you're talking about." - funny because Gordon says that with a sly smile

                        ---------

Dean - "... you sure? Because we left you tied up in your own mess for a few days... which was awesome! Sorry, shouldn'ta said that."
Gordon - "Oh, I planned on whupping your ass for that....."
Yeah, that Jo thing makes sense huh? Especially as it turns out that Jo and Gordon knew each other before. Apparently somewhere online are Jo's Diaries (the CW site or somewhere, it's sanctioned by them anyway) and in them she mentions knowing Gordon and thinking he's a good guy. Later she talks about how he uses her as bait for one of his hunts and how Ellen wigs out and forbids her to ever see him again. (Explains why Ellen's so against him when Dean called her about him way back when they first met!) But Jo mentions in her diaries that she and Gordon "keep in touch"....

                        *gives isn't-that-interesting look*

I've heard the Ash theory as well but after learning all that other stuff I really lean toward Jo.

Those are great quotes too, btw. I had forgotten that one about Sammy and internet porn! (was anyone else flashing back to the "awkward" scene like me? )

Ah Hunted! An episode I always liked (It was one of my fave from Season 2, one of my top 10 from the whole series) that I felt didn't get enough credit.

it also had my favorite Winchester motel room of all time. I totally want to stay at the "Blue Rose" motel. Pretty!

And this was the episode where I really liked Ava and even thought I'd be ok with a Sam/Ava ship....
                            Yeah, look what happened!

                              I liked the episode.
Usually, new characters are not very like-able, but Ava was the exception.
I hope Sam finds out what happened to her in future.
