Same, too bad I have to wait until it airs in Australia which will be at least 10 weeks, since we haven't even started S2 of SPN yet herewhere I live.

that shrink is dr grull on smallville and that girl who dreamed of sam exploding was in smallville that coma girl. pretty cool the number of connections both shows have.

it looks pretty good so far and dean might have to kill sam if sam turns evil.

pop rocks and soda suicide attempt lol. that was funny.

i enjoyed that episode it was good. seems we are starting to get into the war. going to be great. why do i have a feeling ash is involved with the back stabbing. and sam and him setting up gordon was a good twist.

Tonight reminds a person just how much you like a show and missed it.

The only question is, do they plan on having Sam/other special abilities people/soldiers of war, etc, be the main focus of the show's life span, or will it be concluded and then start a new huge storyline?? I'm fine either way.

The other huge plot point to come out of this episode is who else out there knows about Sam and his ilk & will take up the mantle from Gordon, and will be hunting Sam & those like him??

          Sam - "Anonymous tip."
Dean - "You're a fine upstanding citizen, Sammy."

Whoa! And did you know that Ansem Weems from "Simon Said" is the Static Meteor Freak from "Static".

Numerous connections indeed, since both shows are filmed in Vancoover.

Anyways, great episode. Finally some major revelations revealed. Though I am hoping for one more.

"Why did all of this start a year ago?"

There's also another Vancouver actor who was on Smallville and SPN. The teacher from SV eppy Truth who Chloe reveals her secret past about, she is also in SPN episode #12 Faith, she plays the mother that wants her daughter to get healed of cancer. Also Mayor Tate from SV is also a SPN eppy, maybe scarecrow or something, can't quite remember. See even more numerous links from SPN to SV.

So are we to assume that the demons killed Eva, or did they just kidnap her? Or both??

I find it hard to believe they killed her if she is to be "a soldier in the coming war".

                        Good find!

Sam's girlfriend Jessica Moore from the "Pilot" and "Bloody Mary" appeared on Smallville as well as the Aquaman pilot.

The actor, Adrianne Palicki played Kara AKA "Lindsy Harrison" and a Siren on the Aquaman pilot.

Excuse me while I get a total female hormone thing out of the way first:
Sammy was so HOT in tonight's episode! That has to be the cutest, sexiest, and downright RAWR I've seen our psychic wonder in a long time!.
                          Ok, hormones over.

This was a wonderful episode. I screamed in anguish as we started out with something else and then with joy when we literally went back to where we were after the show name. Dean's "I'll fix this!" and Sam's "how?" were spot on. I was surprised that Sam wasn't more upset that Dean lied to him at Papa Winchesters grave but I guess that whole my-brother-might-have-to-kill-me thing overrode it.

I wanted to whack Sam with a spoon though when he left Dean. Does he really need to leave Dean again, thus compounding Dean's abandonment issues (i'ts at times like this that I agree with Dean's line from Season 1 "you're selfish, you know that?")? I'm just glad the seperation wasn't for long.

Ok, I LOVED it when Ash drank the rest of Sam's beer! Too cute! And I actually almost liked Ellen in this episode. (which is saying something cause I hated her worse than Jo!)

Ava. Loved her. I was always kinda 'meh' on Sarah so I was quite prepared to dislike her but I found her very endearing. Her coke and pop rocks made me crazy thing was priceless and I just fell in love with her as a character then. Also, gotta love a girl whose willing to break the law on short notice like that.

The return of Gordon. I love to hate Gordon. He's Dean, twisted and evil. He's Dean without Sammy and John. And the actor who plays him is wonderful. He's the human evil in the world of otherworldly evil that they hunt. He makes a great villian for them and I hope we see more of him.

I was a bit disappointed that Dean actually thought Sammy fell for the traps. Though it was great to see the anguish in Dean's eyes when he thought Sam had been killed. Nice touch by Jensen.

The whole time that Gordon kept saying Sammy I kept waiting for Sam to show up and say "I told you, only Dean gets to call me that!" but the "it's sam" line was just as good.

And that whole final scene in the Impala was perfect. Just perfect.

                          Favorite quotes from Hunted:

Dean: "Oh, you're doing better than good, Sammy."

Ava's coke and pop rock line (which I can't acuratly quote here so not even going to try).

Sam: "You can't protect me forever."
                          Dean: "I can try."

                          Sam: "you'll what? Kill me?"
                          Dean: "SO not funny."

                          Dean: "jerk."
Sam: "B****" (I about cried there. Nice touchback to the Pilot and all.)

                          3 other things of note:
anyone else think that Jo might have been the one to tell Gordon about Sam? As payback for what she thinks Papa Winchester did to her Dad? (which in my book makes her evil with a capital E, if she did.) After all, Gordon did say roadhouse connections....

anyone have a bit of a sense of deja vu for The Benders when Dean was in that chair?

                          and
did anyone else think "now Dean has chipmunk cheeks" when Gordon put the gag in his mouth? I did. I had a hard time worrying about Sammy and reacting to the explosions, I was too busy laughing (what can I say? My mind is strange and twisted place).

Ok, wow that turned out longer than I thought. Sorry about that gang.
*gets down off soapbox and wanders away to find some chocolate*

Actually, now that you brought it up... that possibility makes ALOT of sense.

Scary to think about too. Considering she was more than willing to let Dean into her pants before Ellen told her how her dad died.

                            -----------------------------------------------

                            Remembered a couple more good lines, all between Dean and Gordon;

Dean - "... Sam gets a guilty conscience just by looking at porn on the internet!"

                            --------

                            Dean - "You son of a b*tch."
Gordon - [backhands Dean] "Careful. That's my momma you're talking about." - funny because Gordon says that with a sly smile

                            ---------

Dean - "... you sure? Because we left you tied up in your own mess for a few days... which was awesome! Sorry, shouldn'ta said that."
Gordon - "Oh, I planned on whupping your ass for that....."

That's it? We already knew the demon had plans for Sam... The only other thing he said was that he must kill him if he turns evil? Well duh..

If that's all that was revealed than I don't really mind I missed it. I've been stressing out all week about seeing this episode and my day was RUINED because I missed it. Now I'm pissed, not much of a revelation...

That seriously was the "Big Reveal"
