1. One Thread Per Television Show. There should only be ONE topic per show. That's as far as the scope of this site reaches. Duplicate topics will either be dumped into the thread archive or merged. Threads about things other than a specific show will be immediately dumped.
2. Spoiler Threads Exception. The only time there may be a duplicate topic on a television show is if it's a thread to discuss spoilers for a particular show. In which case the subject of the thread should be the name of the show and the word SPOILERS.
3. Please keep all spoiler discussion about ANY show out of any thread that isn't marked "SPOILERS." If you're unsure what a spoiler is, please see the guidelines on our forum for Smallville spoilers. If you don't see a thread for spoilers for the show you want to talk about - start one! If you just want to mention one tiny spoiler, please use the spoiler tag.
4. Using the spoiler tag. It's a courtesy to put things into spoiler tags when talking about a first-run episode before and a week after it's air-date.
And just so you know, these boards do spoiler hiding with the code below:
Result:
Stuff to hide blah blah...
**** NAMING YOUR THREAD ****
- If it's a spoiler, the thread name should be Show name - SPOILERS.
- If it is not, it should simply be the showname.
- Do not editorialize. Do not add:
Please keep all discussions about TV shows on DVD either in a thread about that particular show, or the tacked-up thread entitled, amazingly, "TV Shows On DVD."
