Awesome Pics! I remember watching that show, but I can't remember who the blond girl is....

But the Huntress was Batman's and Catwoman's daughter, right? And the red head in the wheel chair was batgirl, right?

The blonde girl is black canary. Things about her

Huntress was batman and catwoman's daughter in one incarnation but now she isn't (as far as I know) More about her

and the red head in the wheelchair is barbra gordan the daughter of commissioner gordon and yes, she was batgirl beofre the joker shot her and she became paralyzed and became the oracle. More about her

EDIT: Ignore what I said about the blonde girl a friend of mine who's a big bop fan jsut told me it was the daugther of black canary. From wikipeida:

Black Canary's teenaged daughter also appeared in the series; Black Canary herself appeared in one episode and was apparently killed. (In early publicity for the series, the daughter was described as being Black Canary herself, which led to protests from fans of the comic book character; subsequently the series made it clear that the girl was not Black Canary.)
