episode-An Echolls Family Christmas-

Veronica just finds out that Duncan's laptop was stolen by Weevil. And that Duncan kept a computer "journal" on it where he mentioned her.

Veronica narrating:

There are a million things that Duncan could have written about me that I'd sooner impale myself on a rusty spike than have someone else read. I must get that computer back.

All I know is, I saw that scene and I thought "That is why I love this show."
