Warner Bros. has released The Suicide Squad synopsis:

Welcome to hell — a.k.a. Belle Reve, the prison with the highest mortality rate in the US of A. To be fair to them, they did announce this movie as a product of James Gunn's horribly beautiful mind, so it's supposed to be wacky and bad in an entertaining way.
