While I think he shouldn't write for Arrow anymore. I didn't sign the petition because from my experience they rarely work. I can only think of a few instances where petitions actually worked and they were all video game related like have a limited collector's edition for Bioshock or localize three games in North America.

I will not sign this. Not because I like Arrow the way it is (I stopped watching because it drifted into boringness) but because I don't think it's the proper way to make petitions about every minor detail of everyday life and the showrunner of one show in the entire existence of currently running TV show is such a minor detail in my opinion.

When I sign a petition the topic better have some major importance.

As a Laurel fan, I consider this kind of reaction rather crass and undignified. The only thing Guggenheim is guilty of is publicly giving the "anti-Laurel" crowd fuel for their opinions back in Season 2, and while it was a mistake for him to do so, it really isn't just cause to try and deprive him of a job.
