Tom to appear in BOTH shows ???

A few weeks ago, the showrunners of The Flash, said that we'd be seeing more of TC as HW and as RF, and more of ML as RF.

At 2.09 in the Legends of Tomorrow trailer, there is quite plainly a back shot of TC as RF.

Looks to me, as if TC is going to play in BOTH shows.

In one, presumably LoT, he'll be the HW/ET combo RF. And in the other, presumably, The Flash, he'll play a normal HW. ML would therefore play the RF in The Flash from sn 2 onwards.

I've tried to post about tom in the LOT trailer twice now and it just disappears into the either, I think it's because I mention the Jay Garrett Flash Helmet in the behind the scenes photo of Tom in the time sphere.
