Does anyone else think there's a connection between Akela and the comics' Deathlok program? Or was I reading too much into this? Even the eye thing seemed eerily familiar.

Have no clue who that is but i guess there could be a connection if you think that. Plus someone had to be behind the whole eye thing so im sure at some point we will get some more info. -

Deathlok is sort of a Cyborg for the Marvel Universe, they used the remains of a scientist if memory serves and like the new Robocop remake assume he has no will of his own... he proves them wrong of course!
Has an array of special abilities but nothing as over the top as what the new 52 Cyborg has or previously barring the original Teen Titans series.
Will watch this tomorrow to get more of an idea regarding this.Comment
