its been a while since ive seen a show that had a pretty good twist like that. im just wondering how and when cora got around to changing someone and then sticking them in archies office and have pongo be there not knowing it was a different archie but felt off about cora.

No. He most likely knew from the smell, not the look. It was purposely done like that so that Pongo would see Regina doing it, because I'm sure Cora knew that they'd use Pongo to see who killed Archie. Even though Pongo could know that it wasn't Regina based on the smell, he and anyone looking into his memories would see Regina.

It's too bad his thoughts didn't have audio, because I can imagine that they would be saying something like "That's not Regina! That's a fake! That person is pure evil!" or something similar.
