There will be some comparisons to season 8's finale, and this one, as its like one big chapter coming together. So whereas Clark and Chloe were pulled apart in the end, you'll see them coming back together in the finale.

Yeah, it is sort of cringe worthy. But in all honesty, I liked how they justified his death, and didn't just randomly killl off a dc comic character for no other reason that DOOMSDAY was there to kill. haha.

I have some unfortunate news, but nothing so seriously torturous to make everyone angry. With the return date of Smallville sneaking up, I have decided to put our finale out there within the next two weeks; and work our final tenth season into the mix. I really want to get onto that before the cliffhangers, and stuff for the real season get in the way. So expect the finale up soon. While we're cracking the arcs for season ten, we may update the season 9 episodes; and we promise they'll be finished at some point. But our main focus is the tenth season; and our finale leads us into that.

I hope this doesn't upset anyone, its just easier to work with, and its so much easier, as I've said before, to just go back and update at a later time. Without any further adue, I present you the official cast for SEASON TEN!

INT. DAILY PLANET - BASEMENT - NIGHT.
Stepping down from the stairs, TESS MERCER approaches LOIS with a fierce twitch in her eye.

TESS
Lois, where is the orb?

LOIS
What orb?
TESS
The alien technology from my vault.
LOIS
Oh, that orb.

Reaching for her keys, she is soon met with Tess’ leg as she SWIPES it across frame -- into Lois, throwing her down.

CUT TO:

INT. DAILY PLANET - BASEMENT - MOMENTS AFTER.
Tess scrambles about on the desk, struggling to get up. As she shakes off the move Lois had pulled on her earlier, she soon meets the book that is swung across her jaw; Lois rising up from behind the desk.

With a grunt, the two of them stumble over; hitting the floor with a whimper. Tess is out cold.

Rolling into sight, the LEGION ring enters frame. Picking it up, its slips onto Lois’ finger; and she disappears in a bright rush of purple brilliance.

FLASH TO:

INT. WATCHTOWER - HEADQUARTERS - MORNING.
The sun rises as CHLOE SULLIVAN cradles the her dying lover, JIMMY OLSEN, in her arms. She brushes her fingers along his cheek as he weeps; staring up in her eyes.

JIMMY
I love you.

His head drops back; dead. Tears fill Chloe’s eye.

FLASH TO:

INT. WATCHTOWER - HEADQUARTERS - MOMENTS LATER.
CLARK KENT stands before Chloe with his chin raised, trying to stay strong.

CHLOE
Clark. Human emotion is what made you the hero that you are today!

CLARK
There what’s stopping me from being the hero I could be.
CHLOE
What are you saying?

CLARK
Clark Kent is dead.

Turning his back on her, he leaves Watchtower, into the horizon. Chloe stands, abandoned.

FLASH TO:

EXT. METROPOLIS - CITY - NIGHT.
The train spins off its rails and into the hands of the BLUR; Clark Kent, who looks up to see Lois, unconscious among a lot of other people.

FLASH TO:

INT. KENT FARM - BARN - NIGHT.
Turning away from the chore at hand, Clark proceeds towards Chloe, pinning full attention on her.

CLARK
What is it Chloe?

CHLOE
I want you to go back and save Jimmy. Take the ring and stop him from being killed.
CLARK
That would be changing destiny

CHLOE
Whose destiny? Not Jimmy’s! You and I both know that. He didn’t deserve to die,
Clark, he died because you and I screwed up. Because we made a mistake. Now you have to fix it!

CLARK
I’m not a god!

FLASH TO:

INT. DAILY PLANET - BASEMENT - NIGHT.
Lois brings the phone up to her ear, a broad smile on her grinning face.

LOIS
I thought you had disappeared for good.

CLARK (V.O.)
(as the Blur)
I should have. I’m supposed to. But I can’t.

FLASH TO:

INT. METROPOLIS GENERAL - HALL - NIGHT.
Clark steps closer to Lois with a proposition.

CLARK
Lois, I was hoping we could grab something to eat tonight ... once we finished up.

A smile forms on her face.

FLASH TO:

INT. DAILY PLANET - BASEMENT - NIGHT.
Clark grabs Lois into his hands, pulling her in to share the most passionate kiss he’s ever experienced.

FLASH TO:

EXT. OUTSIDE CAFE - CITY - DAY.
OLIVER grabs Chloe’s hand, gazing into her big green eyes.

OLIVER
You saved my life, Chloe. The myth and the man.

A grin forms on her face; gazing back into his own eyes.

FLASH TO:

INT. WATCHTOWER - HEADQUARTERS - NIGHT.
Standing close together, Oliver lines up Chloe’s shot; teaching her how to use one of his bows.

CHLOE
How do I know when to let go?

OLIVER
Its all about your heart.

As his fingers gently brush over her hands, she lets go with relieved expression on her face.

FLASH TO:

INT. LUTHOR MANSION - UNKNOWN ROOM - NIGHT.

MAJOR ZOD stands before his people, Tess Mercer sitting by his side in fear.

ZOD
I have always been true to my word.
(beat)
And I will find the answers we are looking for or I will die in the quest!

His people rise, only to kneel before him.

FLASH TO:

EXT. METROPOLIS - STREETS - NIGHT.
FAORA rushes to meet Zod, who steps out from the building and into the streets.

FAORA
We don’t have much time!

ZOD
Jor-El left it here. And when we find it. We will have the means to complete the Tower.

RETRACT to reveal the SOLAR TOWER; complete.

FLASH TO:

EXT. METROPOLIS - ROOFTOP - NIGHT.
Standing like an Angel, watching over the city, stands THE BLUR, his jacket blowing in the wind. Staring off at the Tower, he sends a rippling fire towards it; blowing it to pieces. Collapsing into itself, the Tower has been destroyed.

FLASH TO:

INT. WATCHTOWER - HEADQUARTERS - NIGHT.
Clark turns to Chloe.

CLARK
Zod took matters into his own hands. He killed Jor-El’s murderer.
(beat)
It was Alia.

FLASH TO:

EXT. METROPOLIS - CITY - FUTURE.
A daunting shot of Chloe, dropping to her knees as ALIA retracts the blade from her chest.

CHLOE (V.O.)
So now Alia can’t slay me in the future like she’s supposed to.

FLASH TO:

INT. METROPOLIS - CITY - FUTURE - MOMENTS AFTER.
The GREEN ARROW faces the horde of Kandorians flying down from the sky, his bow aimed high with the final arrow ready.

FLASH TO:

EXT. METROPOLIS - CITY - FUTURE - MOMENTS LATER.
A dying Clark kisses Lois, with hope that she can go back in time and save them.

FLASH TO:

INT. WATCHTOWER - HEADQUARTERS - NIGHT.
Chloe looks up to Clark.

CHLOE
This means the future that we saw is changing!

CUT TO:

EXT. DAILY PLANET - ROOFTOP - NIGHT.
Standing upon the edge of the rooftop of the Daily Planet building, Zod tilts off, descending fast. With a sudden gasp of sureness, he SHOOTS off into the sky -- FLYING!

FLASH TO:

INT. CHECKMATE - CHAMBER - NIGHT.
Turning to face ICICLE with a gun in hold, AMANDA WALLER smiles; cocky.

AMANDA
Welcome ... to the suicide squad.

BANG! Tight on her face as the fumes engulf her.

CUT TO:

INT. WALLER’S OFFICE - CHECKMATE - NIGHT.
Rising up from her chair, getting in MAXWELL LORD’S face, Amanda demands him to follow her instructions.

AMANDA
Do whatever it takes to out the Blur as a killer and this organization will forever be in your debt.

FLASH TO:

INT. WAREHOUSE - CITY - NIGHT.
Throwing Maxwell into the wall, THE BLUR holds him tightly up with anger flowing through him.

CLARK
You tried to turn me into a killer.

MAXWELL
S - S - Stop --
CLARK
Now I’m going to kill you.

FLASH TO:

INT. WAREHOUSE - CITY - MOMENTS AFTER.
Chloe grabs Clark, trying to pull him away.

CHLOE
No. Don’t do this.

Pushing her away, she hits the floor. With his eyes off of Maxwell for a moment, he is distracted.

MAXWELL (V.O.)
(echoing)
Kill her. Just do it. End it.

Turning, he faces Chloe with the look to kill.

CLARK
Have to ... End it --

An arrow FLIES through the window behind, shattering it as it pierces through Maxwell’s head. Blood splatters across the floor and he drops dead.

Clark and Chloe snap around to see his dead body; shocked.

FLASH TO:

INT. KENT FARM - BARN - DAY.
Clark turns away from the window, facing Oliver who looks angry at him.

OLIVER
I was trying to protect you!

CLARK
You killed someone, Oliver. Its not right; no matter the cause. The ends don't justify the means.

FLASH TO:

INT. WATCHTOWER - HEADQUARTERS - NIGHT.
Oliver stands in the doorway, bags packed. Chloe looks on, shocked; slowly approaching.

OLIVER
I’m leaving Smallville.

CHLOE
What? No, Oliver, I can’t lose you!
OLIVER
I have to. If I can’t make a difference then I’m no longer needed here.

CHLOE
No, I need you!

Grabbing his hands, she stares up into his eyes.

CHLOE (CONT’D)
Stay.

FLASH TO:

INT. CHECKMATE - LABS - NIGHT.
The convulsing energy brightens Tess’ eyes as she stares into it with a smile; yet also a look of horror quenching her presence.

FLASH TO:

INT. KENT FARM - DAY.
Clark and MARTHA KENT wrap around each other; embracing in the most beautfiul hug ever. Tears in the woman’s eyes.

FLASH TO:

INT. WATCHTOWER - HEADQUARTERS - NIGHT.
On the couch, Chloe and Oliver are passionately kissing, expressing their love.

FLASH TO:

INT. METROPOLIS GENERAL - HALL - NIGHT.
His vision blurred, his strength gone. Losing balance, Zod collapse in the hall of the hospital. Doctors rush to his aid.

FLASH TO:

INT. DAILY PLANET - BASEMENT - NIGHT.
Clark pulls Lois around to meet him.

CLARK
Its time.

LOIS
Time for what?
CLARK
Its time for me to tell you everything ...
