I might be alone in this, but my favourite line was:

Dean: You wanna take the Impala?

I liked it because for me, it's a glimmer of hope that these brothers will get their tight bond back eventually. That Impala is Dean's baby. If there wasn't still something there to save, he would never offer up his baby. Maybe I am just reading too much into it, but I choose to see hope there.

I also liked the flat bread quotation. I love when Dean makes a comment and Castiel just doesn't get it. Hilarious stuff.
