Pop TV has announced that upcoming comedy Florida Girls will premiere Wednesday, July 10th at 10:00.
Created by and co-starring Laura Chinn (The Mick), Florida Girls tells the story of Jayla, Shelby, Caitlin, and Erica, four women who are forced to confront their stagnant lives when their only ambitious friend moves away to follow her dreams. The series will follow the group of friends as they deal with their failed dreams, try to figure out what they want out of life, and go about remaking their lives the best way they know how.
In addition to Chinn, Florida Girls stars Laci Mosley (The Wedding Year), Melanie Field (Heathers), and Patty Guggenheim (Splitting Up Together). The series is part of a scripted slate for Pop TV that includes Schitt’s Creek, Flack, Clique, Hollywood Darlings, and Hot Date.
