CBS has announced premiere dates for summer scripted series Blood & Treasure, Elementary, and Instinct.
Action-adventure drama Blood & Treasure will debut Tuesday, May 21st at 9:00 following the season finale of NCIS, with the show assuming its regular Tuesdays at 10:00 slot the following week. From Matthew Federman and Stephen Scala (Jericho), Blood & Treasure follows a brilliant antiquities expert (Matt Barr) and a cunning art thief (Sofia Pernas) as they track a ruthless terrorist who funds his attacks through stolen treasure.
The final season of Elementary assumes the Thursday at 10:00 slot it began its run in on Thursday, May 23rd. Season seven finds Holmes and Watson having their time as Scotland Yard inspectors interrupted by news that someone from the U.S. inner circle has been gravely wounded. The duo will have to contend with the legal trouble Holmes left the U.S. under and the looming presence of Odin Reichenbach.
Season two of Alan Cumming-starring procedural Instinct will premiere Sunday, June 16th at 9:00. Things kick off with Dylan being reinstated to the NYPD and joining Lizzie in hunting the Sleeping Beauty Killer.
More summer premiere dates will be released by CBS in the coming weeks.
