    Lou Diamond Phillips directed the new episode of East New York that’s airing tonight (February 26) on CBS. The episode is called “We Didn’t Start The Fire” and guest stars include Brian Stokes Mitchell as Medical Examiner Corley and Lea DeLaria as Fire Marshal Greenville.
