The second season of Dynasty is headed our way Friday, October 12 on The CW, and while we do not yet have an official synopsis for the episode, The CW has released some photos to promote the season premiere — and yes, those photos do give away some spoilers as well as revealing at least some survivors of last season’s fiery cliffhanger.
