FOX’s pilot Delirium, which already had quite a casting coup, getting Emma Roberts as the series lead, has added a genre favorite from The 4400 to the cast.
TV Guide has revealed that Billy Campbell, whose credits also include The Killing, has landed the role of Thomas Fineman. TV Guide describes his character as “a wealthy political leader and the head of a lobbying organization called Deliria Free America.” Fineman is married with one son, but opposes the social chaos caused by ‘Deliria’ and supports the brain-modification procedure that prevents citizens from falling in love. Sounds like a great guy.
Delirium is shooting soon for a hopeful spot on FOX’s Fall 2013 schedule.
