FOX’s WIGS channel will be putting the Delirium pilot on Hulu for a limited time starting June 20.

The pilot, based on the novel by Lauren Oliver, features Emma Roberts (American Horror Story), Gregg Sulkin (Faking It), and Daren Kagasoff (The Secret Life Of The American Teenager). It was being considered for a spot on the Fall 2013 schedule before being passed over by FOX.

The series would have been about a world where people are stripped of the ability to love, in hopes of a more peaceful society.

This will be the first time the pilot has been publicly shown anywhere. Here’s a trailer:

That plotline makes no sense. The ability to love is what makes us want ourselves and others to be safe in the first place. If you have no love, you have no empathy, and would, therefore, be MORE prone to violence.
