(LOS ANGELES, May 10 2012) - ‘Dallas’ star Charlene Tilton and ‘GCB’ leading lady Jennifer Aspen are the latest actors to sign onto Los Angeles non-profit IBG, Inc’s “My Letter to Fear” staged reading to benefit the East L.A. Women’s Center.

IBG, Inc. is thrilled to announce two more names to their “My Letter to Fear” staged reading roster, taking place on June 24th 2012 in Beverly Hills. Original ‘Dallas’ star (and TNT reboot guest star) Charlene Tilton and ‘GCB’ star Jennifer Aspen are joining the already announced Sufe Bradshaw (‘Veep’), Jen Lilley (‘General Hospital’), and Elizabeth De Razzo (‘Eastbound & Down’) live on stage in Los Angeles.

Tilton is perhaps best known for her portrayal of Lucy Ewing on the original long-running primetime drama ‘Dallas’, and this summer, she will reprise the role for a guest starring stint on TNT’s version of the series.

Aspen won a SAG honor as a recurring guest star on the first season of Fox’s hit show ‘Glee’, but she currently co-stars in ABC’s hilarious new dramedy ‘GCB’, alongside Kristin Chenoweth, Leslie Bibb, Annie Potts, Miriam Shor and Marisol Nichols. Created by Robert Harling and set in Dallas, Jennifer plays “Sharon Peacham,” former beauty queen turned wife and mother who deals with the pressures of being perfect by stress-eating. Up next, she will play Olivia Holt’s overprotective Mycologist/Monster hunter mother in the Disney original movie ‘Girl Vs. Monster’, out this Fall.

“My Letter To Fear” is a collection of personal essays, broken down monologue style, written by IBG, Inc’s own Patricia Steffy. Ranging from comedic to heartbreaking, the stories told within are ones that tap into the female perspective by offering commentary on and first-hand accounts of everything from what a woman’s worth, to finding inner peace and self-confidence, to abuse, and misguided relationships.

The proceeds from this event will benefit the East L.A. Women’s Center, which provides services to women and children, focusing on sexual, domestic, and family violence and HIV/AIDS. The center works to empower and give hope to individuals, families, and the community at large, with an emphasis on bilingual/bicultural services for the Latino Community.

Founded in late 2008, IBG Inc (http://www.ibginc.org) established a non-profit focusing on utilizing the power of philanthropy through the arts to benefit a broad range of charities worldwide. We act as a “fundraiser facilitator” for underfunded, under publicized, and start-up charities that would otherwise struggle with the logistics and costs associated with event fundraising. This work has taken on a critical importance as the economy has been slow to recover, and we find ourselves with increasingly frequent requests for assistance.

For more information on IBG, Inc or this specific event, please contact publicity@ibginc.org.
