We now know who will be directing the Constantine pilot for NBC.
According to Deadline, the Constantine pilot — based on the John Constantine: Hellblazer comic book series from DC Comics — will be helmed by Neil Marshall (The Descent). Marshall is British, and hopefully the John Constantine that is cast will be as well. Here’s hoping!
Constantine is vying for a spot on the NBC 2014-2015 schedule. NBC’s day of the Upfronts – where the schedule will be announced – is Monday, May 12, although usually, NBC makes their announcements on a Sunday, which means we could find things out a day sooner.
