The “One Chicago” trifecta of Chicago Fire, Chicago Med and Chicago P.D. will not be airing tonight (January 6) on NBC.
Why isn’t One Chicago on tonight? NBC has announced via Twitter that instead, we will get continuing news coverage of the things going on in Washington D.C. and around the country after the storming of the Capitol building earlier today. If we were to guess, there will also be more discussion of other matters including the inauguration and the recent Senate face.
The episodes of the three series originally scheduled for tonight – Chicago Med “Do You Know The Way Home,” Chicago Fire “Smash Therapy,” and Chicago P.D. “Tender Age” – will instead be seen on January 13.

I’m not very happy about this. Had to wait all these months for them to come back on now we have to wait another week because of stupid NBC news.
I will just turn the channel until I know Chicago med, fire, and PD are back on. You all can’t force us to watch things we don’t won’t to listen to. Make a channel for the news and leave our favorite shows on. I’m so disappointed!
Have we NOT waited long enough!? Shame on you!
