From renowned Emmy Award-winning executive producer Dick Wolf (“Law & Order” brand) comes season 13 of the adrenaline-fueled drama “Chicago Fire.” This edge-of-your-seat ride is a look into the professional and personal lives of the firefighters and paramedics of Firehouse 51 as they risk their lives every day to save and protect the citizens of Chicago.
Led by Lt. Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney), Rescue Squad 3 works closely with Lt. Christopher Herrmann (David Eigenberg) on Engine 51 and Lt. Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) on Truck 81. Their tireless, never-give-up mindset brings them all closer together – and the men and women of Firehouse 51 are more than co-workers, they’re family.
The firehouse is under new leadership with the addition of Chief Dom Pascal (Dermot Mulroney), who has huge shoes to fill after years of guidance under the calming hands of Wallace Boden, who was elevated to Deputy Commissioner. Pascal, who has spent the last decade as Chief in Miami, has a completely different style which may rub some the wrong way. What is clear at the outset are his skills and ability to stay dead calm in the face of crises — and his goal remains consistent in keeping the house running smoothly and his firefighters prepared to overcome all adversity that may come their way.
Dedicated Paramedic in Charge Violet Mikami (Hanako Greensmith) leads ambo and is paired with the adventurous Lizzy Novak (Jocelyn Hudon). Always looking to have fun, it is undeniable that when it is go time, Novak’s skills and abilities are never in question. Seasoned veterans Randy “Mouch” McHolland (Christian Stolte) and Joe Cruz (Joe Miñoso) bring years of expertise to the team and strive to go above and beyond the call of duty. Talented Darren Ritter (Daniel Kyri) compliments the team, while firefighter Sam Carver (Jake Lockett) battles his own demons and complicated relationships within the house.
