I know ABC has high hopes for this show, but I just don’t see any demand for it. Three unknowns makes it almost D.O.A., much like Undercovers last season. Stick it in a timeslot opposite Vampire Diaries, Big Bang, X-Factor and Community/P&R….and I’ll be the first to say: Charlie’s Angels will never last beyond one season, if it makes it that far.
Were you the person who said that about Undercovers last year? If yes, you turned out to be right so I won’t question you again.
I think Angels looks fun and I do like Minka Kelly a lot.
Yeah, that was me. I forget which “online name” I may have used…maybe Jonah. I get the exact same feeling about Charlie’s Angels, though. (Minka is like the hot version of Leighton Meester, but still pretty much unknown to a network audience.) Interesting that Bosley is a younger, hot guy….and I’m sure one of the Angels will become involved with him. But I was not a fan of the original, and I tend to think anyone who WAS is now too old to care about this remake. Ergo, after some initial buzz, it will fade into oblivion.
