NBC has cancelled freshman drama The Village, it was confirmed today. The series starred Lorraine Touissant, Darren Kagasoff, and Warren Christie.

NBC has given a series order to apartment building-set drama The Village and Blacklist-esque drama The Enemy Within, with the latter starring Jennifer Carpenter.
