“The Book of War: Chapter One: Homecoming” is the title of the February 24 episode of Black Lightning on The CW, and the network has released an official description to promote it — even if the description itself has very little as far as spoilers go, since this is the first chapter of a new “book.”
(February 17 will bring us a repeat of the “Earth Crisis” episode.)
