Laura Vandervoort’s werewolf drama Bitten will be returning to Syfy for a third season, and if that news isn’t good enough, Laura herself will be at Comic-Con this week!

Leading independent studio, Entertainment One (eOne) is thrilled to announce 10 episodes of the supernatural thriller BITTEN will return to Syfy for a third season. Based on the best-selling series of novels by Kelley Armstrong and produced by No Equal Entertainment, eOne, and Hoodwink Entertainment, Season three sees the return of genre icon Laura Vandervoort (SMALLVILLE, Ted) as Elena Michaels; Greyston Holt (ALCATRAZ, DURHAM COUNTY) as Clayton Danvers; Greg Byrk (A History Of Violence, ROOKIE BLUE) as Jeremy Danvers; Steve Lund (BEING ERICA, HAVEN) as Nick Sorrentino, and Genelle Williams (WAREHOUSE 13) as Rachel Sutton.Production will begin this summer in Toronto. As previously announced, BITTEN season three was also picked up by Bell Media’s Space in Canada where seasons one and two were the most watched Space original program of all time.

BITTEN: THE COMPLETE SECOND SEASON will be released in an extras-loaded DVD set on July 7th. The 3-disc set, retailing for $39.98, includes all ten unedited episodes, along with specially-produced bonus features including a behind-the-scenes featurette, deleted and extended scenes, a gag reel and more.
Laura Vandervoort will be making a special appearance at the eOne Comic-Con booth (4021) on Friday July 10th to sign limited edition posters of the upcoming Season 2 DVD while supplies last.
BITTENis executive produced by J.B. Sugar (THE COLLECTOR, JPOD) for No Equal Entertainment, John Barbisan, and Patrick Banister (WHISTLER) for Hoodwink Entertainment, and Tecca Crosby, John Morayniss, and Margaret O’Brien for eOne. Daegan Fryklind (MOTIVE, THE LISTENER) is Showrunner.Executive Producers Fryklind and Wil Zmak return to write for Season 3.
