The CW has released preview images from the thirteenth episode of Beauty and the Beast Season 2.
The title of the episode is “Til Death” and it is scheduled to air on Monday, February 10. For some reason, The CW has not yet released an official description for the episode, which makes us think that something big might happen within. From a look at the pics, it looks like Gabe and Cat might be getting closer, which Vincent is not going to like…
Either way, enjoy this new gallery of preview images, which features Jay Ryan as Vincent, Kristin Kreuk as Catherine, and Sendhil Ramamurthy as Gabe, and as soon as an official synopsis comes out, we’ll post it here on KSiteTV!

How is Tori and Gabe a real competition? A real competitor for Vincent would be a normal guy who never tried to kill Vincent or Cat. Someone like Dr. Mike from season 1 could have been one.
Gabe should have been antagonist. I have no idea how he became Cat’s love interest. He’s not Lex Luthor, he’s more like Roy Batty in that in season 1, all he wanted was LIFE, he was a child who was experimented on. He wanted to live, that’s it. He and Cat is.. no, lol no. Stupid. So stupid,
Tori’s sole purpose for being in this season besides being a sexy girlfriend to Vincent is to show that he’s making all the wrong choices, all by himself, with the help of no one else. They wrote him extra dumb this year. Unfortunately, the writers wrote Tori like she’s 12 and didn’t do her character any favors.
I love all the irrational hate for Tori on Twitter when she hasn’t done a single bad thing to Cat, and Cat’s real fake dad tried to kill her. She saves Cat in ep 9, she also doesn’t do a thing do Cat in 11 when they’re in jail together after she beasts out. She only kills the bad guys, just like Vincent did in season 1. She didn’t persue Vincent. The kiss, she couldn’t help, it’s her new beast side, but Vincent could, he just helped himself after Cat dumped him. Yes, he’s definitely helping himself in every way. Tori is being used by Vincent, not the other way around. Tori is another victim of Vincent.

this series began to be great no matter what! will not be surprising if the audience down, bottom screenwriter anything!

I think it’s great that Cat have another love interest but GAB??? Not sure. After all he’s the reason why Vincent was capture.
I think the writters are doing great with Cat moving on a bit from Vincent because let’s face it, we are not watching The young and the restless here so a little action it’s not bad.
They can not always please the audience, if so, the show will be so boring and just about romance and birds singing. Others shows BEFORE TWITTER were dam good, like Smallville (Clark and Lana were always in and out) but the excitment of them being back together was thrilling us.
Anyway let wait and see!

I do agree that Cat and Gabe are just ewww and also how can she betray V with someone who cold-bloodedly tried to kill them both (aka Season1), I get that. However this is a reset to season1 remember that. I am enjoying most of this season and be patient fans things will get better. Remember too pictures can be deceiving they don’t always tell the whole story

This is a soft reboot. The story continues from season 1, though it’s a regressing story line because new powers seem to dislike season 1. They seem to really dislike season 1 that they want to get rid of every trace. You know how a new male lion takes over a pride, they kill all the babies and everything else that reminds them of someone else. That kind thing. They remodeled her apt which has no bearing on the story (makes it more dumb actually), that tells me they really hated season 1.
You can’t have her liking Gabe. That just makes her look brainless.. stupid. He tried to kill them!! Forgive Gabe? Yes. Date? No.
Pilot and season 2 Cat, two completely different person.
I have no problem with her liking Gabe. 1) He’s been proving himself over and over this season, 2) he cares for her, 3) they can actually walk around in public like normal people, 4) she doesn’t have to LIE to him. Think about it, guys – a normal guy with no attachment to her current life could never know all Cat’s secrets. She’d have to lie to him constantly. That’s no way to conduct a relationship, and she’d feel sick about it the whole time. Gabe is hot, nice to her friends, cares about her, and knows all the Beast stuff already. Who else would she flirt with? He’s also totally ANTI-DRAMA when it’s ALL DRAMA with Vincent.
Neither of these guys are prizes. They’re cut from the same cloth. Women do love to blame Tori for all of Vincents’ misdeeds. They can’t seem to separate good looks from murderous abuser. Both can jump off a cliff.
Cat and JT, I could ship them. He’s nice and decent. Choose him over killers every single day.
I don’t care anymore. This show is dead, anyway. They’ll just burn out the remaining episodes and give us Bimbo Beauty and the Abusive Beast. Who cares? They already destroyed the show. Let’s just seat back and relax while we see the absurdities they’ll pull out of their bottom back.

i remember watching the 2 nd epsiode of this at new york comicon when the beast shove the beauty ! people in the room were shock on that sceene as a fan of breaking bad we have to stay and watch beauty and the beast first beofre the panel of breaking bad.never in my mind that this s how will go that far for there main character ..when one of the auidence yelled to kristin kreuk we love samllvile lana lang people were clapping and yelling i think this got a big impact to the audience thatbpeople of new york dont watch this show even the setting is new york city!

This is all so sad. I just don’t understand how they could’ve screwed up so badly. They have an an amazing talented cast and better yet, two leads with unbelievably ‘smoking hot’ chemistry. The kind of chemistry a lot of shows can only dream of having. And what do they do? Instead of capitalizing on it, they completely destroy it. I just don’t get it. Yes, season 1 wasn’t perfect BUT it did NOT warrant a complete redo! From the start, this show had many things going against them…comparison to the previous incarnations of Beauty and the Beast, the Beast was not a full time Beast, Kristin as a cop…etc BUT once given a chance there was ‘something’ there that captivated the hearts of fans. MANY FANS. As seen by the HUGE and very passionate fanbase it garnered. I am almost positive it would have only continued to grow through word of mouth and the many awards vocal fans were helping them win. You could just see it. Its still happening now thanks to season1 being on Netflix and it being shone internationally. It won THREE people’s choice awards for goodness sakes! I will never understand why they felt the need to do all of these drastic changes. I have really tried to love this season…there were some things that have been great such as the action sequences, filming in New York, and the wardrobe. I also obviously love the actors (they are the primary reason why I’m still watching). They also had great story ideas but they unfortunately also had a lot of bad ones. Granted the season is not over yet so it might still turn around. But seeing the ratings, I know its not looking good. The new time slot hasn’t helped either. I just hope they give us a proper ending. Its the least they can do for this passionate and dedicated fanbase who fought so hard for this show.

To me the biggest travesty is Cat’s picking and choosing what is right and what is wrong. It is okay for Gabe to have almost killed all of them, and he did that with his eyes wide open; it is okay that Gabe covered up many things that were outside the law; it is okay that all of them can hide, conceal, make things work for them; it is okay that Patrick, though he may have been not really a criminal, but did do things that he should not, she let go and YET everything Vincent has done or is doing is because of what happened to him and because Gabe caused it all, she cannot forgive him for or get passed. But ya Gabe he would make a great partner! So trustworthy; so Mr. Right! The guy every parent would like for their daughter; doesn’t matter that he was willilng to sacrifice that daughter for his own selfish needs a few months ago. And yet it appears, maybe not, but it appears that in all of this Cat has forgotten all of what Gabe did to all of them and gave her own father the opportunity to destroy Vincent’s life even more. Vincent may not remember everything, but he has always had a feeling about Gabe and he has never been wrong. He is not wrong now.
If the goal was to make this season more realistic, which is what we have heard over and over again, then I think the writers should have thought this out better. As much as I have not liked the Tori line, nothing against the actress again-she played the part well, her line I can see as she is a beast and they have that connection, but seriously Gabe. All that line has done is turn even more fans against the show and if they were going to change anything, that scenario should have been one of them. That pairing in my opinion has caused almost as much disheartenment as what Vincent was turned into and his reactions to Cat. I can see why the writer’s wanted to test the love with another person, but not Gabe! Not a good chess move!
I love how Kristin was like, she had to be on team Vincent becuz Gabe tried to kill them in season 1. Then the writers deliver her to team Gabe, only to have him reject her in 11. Hilarious.

I love cat and Gabe together and think they are perfect together. I don’t get the eww stuff. He’s a great guy and respects her and has definitely made amends. Gabe was a different bread of beast and was losing his humanity in season one. That was restored when he became fully human, there for he was not fully accountable. He has now risked his career and so much more helping cat and Vincent! There is nothing to hate about the guy unless someone has something against nice decent guys, who would do anything for the woman he loves! Go Gabe and Cat, hope to see thing go further with them!!
I don’t get why anyone would hate Gabe either, it’s great that he changed for the better, it’s to bad that does happen more in real life. He’s good looking, successful and kind. Cat would be lucky to have him. Besides a show needs to be complicated to be good. If people can’t handle that maybe they should stick to Disney princess movies. They meet and marry their true love in about 3 days, but for the rest of us who like some suspense, conflict and uncertainty along with some love triangles it great! I like what the writers have done. I just hope they don’t end up killing Gabe off. That’s my worry with the title “till death”. I don’t think the show would be the same without him, although I don’t want to see his heart get broken either, which is bound to happen when cat and vin are back together.

Vincent and cat coming together the way that they did was great, their chemistry is great. It was working why mess with that a romance only becomes boring if the writers cant write. In reality people love just one person their entire lives all iver the world its happened. I dont know why these writers just have to break up a couple if u have a couple which the fans love and its working tgen roll with it get creative dont split them up to bring some other guy especialy one that has no chemistry with the girll. I had high hopes for this show but i think i’ll be done with it soon.

I love this show, but I am team gave all the way, and I think Cat has just as much chemistry with him as she does with Vincent. I hope the writers lets us viewers who like Gabe get to see more of that before they break our hearts and put her back with Vincent! The people who are vin/cat fans will get their wish eventually,let us Gabe lovers have our time!;)
I hate Gabe but Sendhil is gorgeous. That guy is in the beautiful territory, like Tom Welling beautiful. Him and Elizabeth Rohmer are too good for CW. You see how talentless other actors are when they’re on screen.
I switched a Monday night class to a different dayof the week to fit the one show I lov into my schedulee so I could watch it live. Who does that? A dedicated fan! Im loving all these comments and I hope the angst continues to build and the romance blossoms! Whoooh who give me Season 3!!!!!
Good god, are they even trying with the writing? You save him and I’ll save you, you save me, rinse and repeat. Take their pens away. It’s so funny and cringe worthy, this wreck of a show. I love how everyone’s generally happy at the end of an episode, never mind that their colleague or girlfriend died because they screwed up. So odd.
Vincent is the worst. I love how he blamed Tori for having sex with her and stringing her along (what? such a douchebagtard) and all his f-ups too, right to her face. Then as soon as she died, he tried to get brownie points with Cat by confessing that it’s all his fault that Tori is dead. And that he’s still really into her. Tori’s body is barely cold and he’s lusting on Cat. So gross. Never mind that he’s been killing people. Are they ever going to address that? What about her season 1 dad? So many plot holes. I’ve never seen a show like this.
Dialog Mess. There are more holes in your post than in the show. Cat’s first Dad died from his injuries after being hit by the car at the end of season 1. Remember Cat meeting Bob Reynolds (her biological Dad) at the award ceremony for her dead dad?
We are still to find out what he was going to tell her before he was killed.
Vincent didn’t blame Tori for anything, except exposing them both to the FBI Agent and tying her up. He was trying to integrate Tori with his friends but she was the one who felt she didn’t fit in. She had been closeted by her father, had no friends and didn’t know how to make any. She clung to Vincent like a limpet because she had no-one else. She says so in Recipe for Disaster. Vincent saved her life but killed her father leaving her alone so he felt responsible for her. He fell into a relationship with her because he didn’t know what else to do after losing Cat but his heart was not in it and Tori knows this. Tori knew he still loved Cat. It’s Tori’s presence that led Vincent to make bad choices, leading to his split with Cat. Before she dies, Tori tries to make amends by telling Vincent he belongs with Cat.
Now all we need is for Gabe to realise Cat is still in love with Vincent and the titular pair will come ogether again. Gabe knows this. He has already spoken to Cat about her issues. It’s the reason he holds off entering a relationship with Cat.
Simple.
Things we still need to know. What did Vincent’s family do when he came out on TV as being alive? What about his nephew Aaron. He can’t have missed the publicity and must have recognised Vincent as the man who pulled him out of the fire in the Hothead episode.
Also, what happened to Kyle and Claire and the other members of Muirfield? One followed Alex on the Bus out of State so I was sure she was going to come back into the show sometime.
How did Vincent know what was in the file about Cat’s parents? Remember the chat he had with Evan before Evan was shot by Kyle.
So many unanswered questions from Season One. Will we ever get answers to them?
Alison, I know her dad died. They are selectively taking things from season 1 and telling the audience to go with them. They’ve swept Muirfield under the rug in the first episode. What Vincent found out, what her dad needed to tell her, Kyle and Claire etc, they’ve seem to gone into a black hole. That’s why I’m asking a the question, will we ever know?
This is what happens when you selectively take stuff from season 1. The toilet is clogged and yet there’s more needing to bomb it.
You can’t have Cat even remotely entertain a relationship with Gabe because he tried to kill her and Vincent. Listen to what Kristin says in COMIC CON NY TVLINE interview. LOL. Do you not see how stupid they made her character? Her character is now a certified tard in season 2. She’s going to date the guy who tried to kill her. It’s fine for Gabe to pursue Cat but she has to decline. Not only DECLINE, but she needs to give him the stink eye and tell him to get lost.
Tori, geez, I don’t know who was written more retarded, Tori or Cat. She’s effing the guy who killed her dad. She’s a victim, no, she’s a temptress, no she’s a girl with no extended family except that she has a publicist and contacts, who hooks Vincent up with a TV show and they attend rich ppls parties. Rolls eyes. Nothing is thought through. And in the end, they chopped her scenes b/c the backlash. To me, she’s a victim who loved Vincent, who used her, (he says so, he chose that path and took Tori with him) he should know better, he’s way older than Tori, he can control his beast side. And to top it off, Tori tells him he belongs with Cat because, obviously, he’s too stupid to realize that on his own. So she has to point him to the OBVIOUS direction before she dies and comes back as a zombie. Oh, wrong show. Sorry.
Let’s look at cat. She spent every second of her time looking for Vincent, ignoring everyone but magically had time to remodel her entire apartment. Every time they show her apt, I’m looking at what’s new. Oh, they got rid of that city painting in season 1 for 4 prints, wooden bed for that new one. It’s glaring! I can’t help but look at what changed in her apartment. And they don’t even explain that away. God, come up with some shitty excuse. At least they bombed the Muirfiend HQ away before they swept that under the rug. Maybe her s1 dad commanded her to remodel it because he hated yellow walls, right? right? Did she win the lotto?
That’s just the surface of things.. geeez, Cat effing Vincent after he kidnaps her, who does that? What remotely sane woman does that? Her behavior is deplorable, embarassing.. She’s wrapped up in a man who’s been killing people, yes they’re bad but how does SHE excuse him? He doesn’t remember her nor gives a crap. He was violent with her. Yet, she forgives.
Vincent is written off for me. I mean, unless this was all a dream and he’s holed up somewhere? Maybe they can make him a clone? There’s just no way back for that character in my eyes. I don’t know how you can make the title characters behave this way in a “timeless” love story. This is not Beauty and the Beast, it’s more Monster.
I just want to see Kristin in something good. Is that too much to ask? I guess it is.
Alison, you are absolutely right. after that Vin/Cat scene in the dungeon, I cannot understand how Catherine would want “to be with” Gabe??? This journey of self-discovery is just messing things up, and there are a lot of questions left unanswered from Season 1
Let’s just hope the writers are smart enough to come up with some interesting turn of events, rather than “a trip to Mexico” Seriously????

Very profound, Norma. You should ask for a job as PR to Brad Kern. That way your dream of having the show cancelled would come true faster. Honestly, if a person has THAT to say, I don’t see a point on saying it. I think if you want to defend the show’s direction, you should at least have an argument. But, hey, that’s just me.
