Lucy Griffiths Cast In The CW’s Awakening

One of The CW’s new drama pilots, Awakening, focuses on two sisters in the middle of a zombie uprising. Of course, being The CW, they are likely pretty zombies, but that’s not what this article is about… this article is about the news from Deadline.com that British actress Lucy Griffiths has been cast as one of the two lead sisters in the pilot.

Griffiths will play the older sister, Jenna, an attorney in the New York City public defender’s office.

Griffiths is most famous for playing Marian in the BBC’s Robin Hood.

This is the first announced casting for the series, with more surely to come.
