While those of us in the United States have to wait until November 23 for the BBC America series premiere of the new adventure series Atlantis, in the United Kingdom, the show premieres TODAY at 8:25pm on BBC One.
The show comes from creators of Merlin and Misfits and features a young hero, Jason, who has been thrust into this new and interesting world. Like how Merlin took new approaches with several concepts, Atlantis takes legends like Hercules and Medusa and turns it all on its ear. It looks like a good amount of humor is mixed in with the adventure.
