It takes a village to create At Home with Amy Sedaris. As important as Amy might be as the name, face, and host of the show, there wouldn’t be an At Home without the likes of former pastry chef Chassie Tucker, neighborhood knife guy Tony Pugnalata, or the inimitable Patty Hogg. Since the show recently celebrated Halloween in an episode with dancing skeletons, crotchety housekeepers, and giant pumpkins, what better way to show her appreciation for those in her life than to throw a traditional Thanksgiving dinner?
On tonight’s episode of At Home with Amy Sedaris, Amy attempts to put together a Thanksgiving to remember despite the holiday not being one of her favorites. After getting her turkey massaged by Darlene Cornish and cut up by Tony Pugs himself, the small dinner party looks to be a success until a flock of turkeys begins attacking the At Home set. Now Amy not only has to worry about how salty her potatoes were, she’s got to find a way to send these birds flying in another direction without anyone getting hurt.
At Home with Amy Sedaris airs tonight at 10:00 on truTV.
