    “A Change Is Gonna Come”– Lola and Mark try to rebuild their friendship after Mark witnessed Lola being detained during a protest while defending a teen girl, amid an escalating encounter with police, on part one of a two-part second season premiere of ALL RISE, Monday, Nov. 16 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. Through a series of flashbacks, details emerge surrounding the night of the protest as well as the long-lasting effects they have on Lola, Mark, Emily, Luke and everyone else involved. Also, to help with the court backlog due to closures caused by COVID-19, Lola hires Ness Johnson (Samantha Marie Ware), a bright, outspoken legal clerk who immediately clashes with Sherri.     Samantha Marie Ware joins the cast of All Rise as Lola’s new legal clerk with the Season 2 premiere of the series which airs tonight (November 16) on CBS. To promote the premiere, which is called “A Change Is Gonna Come,” CBS has released a gallery of photos, an official description, and a cast list.

    Here’s the synopsis:

    Lola and Mark try to rebuild their friendship after Mark witnessed Lola being detained during a protest while defending a teen girl, amid an escalating encounter with police, on part one of a two-part second season premiere of ALL RISE, Monday, Nov. 16 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. Through a series of flashbacks, details emerge surrounding the night of the protest as well as the long-lasting effects they have on Lola, Mark, Emily, Luke and everyone else involved.     All Rise stars Simone Missick (Lola Carmichael), Wilson Bethel (Mark Callan), Marg Helgenberger (Lisa Benner), Jessica Camacho (Emily Lopez), J. Alex Brinson (Luke Watkins), Lindsay Mendez (Sara Castillo), Ruthie Ann Miles (Sherri Kansky), Lindsey Gort (Amy Quinn), and Audrey Corsa (Samantha Powell).

    Recurring cast appearing in “A Change Is Gonna Come” includes Ryan Michelle Bathe (Rachel Audubon), Todd Williams (Robin Taylor), and Samantha Marie Ware (Vanessa “Ness” Johnson).

    Additional guest stars in the All Rise season premiere include Rebecca Field (Carol Coleman), Tyler Barnhardt (Jesse Frost), Robyn Lively (Nancy Frost). Joel Gretsch (Frank Frost), Renee Victor (Lupita), Castulo Guerra (Miguel), Boone Platt (Deputy Wilson), and Ahmad Dugas (Bailiff Deputy Douglas).
