Good news for fans of The CW “zomedy” iZombie!
Multiple outlets are reporting that The CW has had the brains to renew iZombie, the Rob Thomas/Diane Ruggiero-Wright adaptation of the DC/Vertigo comic book series of the same name, for a second season. The series, which stars Rose McIver as Olivia “Liv” Moore, has been pretty steady in the ratings.
At the end of the day, that leaves The Messengers and Hart of Dixie as the only CW dramas not to get additional series orders at this time. Back in January, The CW renewed most of their lineup.
iZombie airs Tuesdays at 9PM on The CW. The network will announce their 2015-2016 schedule on Thursday, May 14.
