KSiteTV’s Top 13 Shows Of 2013

It’s New Year’s Eve, and many of your favorite TV-related web sites are probably listing their favorite shows and episodes for 2013.

We could do that too, but to be honest, December 2013 ran away from us and we didn’t get around to that. So, we’ll do something a little different, but something we’ve done before.

You see, last year here at KSiteTV, we tallied the top shows at KSiteTV and the site network, and this year, we’re at it again. Instead of what shows were critically the most well liked around here (shows like Sleepy Hollow and Breaking Bad, I’m looking at you), we, again, are looking at what shows brought in the most page views for the 2013 calendar year. Some of the top shows might surprise you, and others might not at all.

We did a Top 12 list last year; this year, we get a Top 13. See those numbers at the bottom of this article? Those are page numbers. That’s how and where you navigate to the next choices. Top interviews and such will come at the end of the Top 13.

You ready to see what did best? Here goes… from #13 on to the #1 spot…

#13. Young Justice (Cartoon Network)

Yup, a cartoon that is now canceled made #13 on our Top 13 list for 2013.

Boasting some fantastic writing and storylines, and a continuity that in many ways came off more appealing than DC’s “New 52” initiative, Young Justice warmed comic book fans’ hearts… but, sadly, it didn’t sell enough toys, or so the legend tells it that way. While we had it, though, Young Justice was a load of fun that could have easily gone longer had it aired someplace that capitalized on the large fan base and aired it on a regular basis. In retrospect, despite being one of the best animated series of the past decade, it never had a chance.
