I loved watching the episode, “Higher Education” on NCIS. I had never heard of actor Jesse Conrad. He was interesting. Too bad he was only in a few quick scenes. Stellar cast with great acting & writing. Wilmer Valderrarma is great on the series and he makes me laugh. He is cool. I remember when he was on “That 70’s Show.” Another great show and he was so funny in that. I am a die hard fan of NCIS and look forward to seeing future episodes.
