After only releasing key art during upfronts, The CW has made a trailer for upcoming Originals spinoff Legacies available.
From franchise creator Julie Plec (The Vampire Diaries, The Originals), Legacies follows 17-year-old Hope Mikaelson (Danielle Rose Russell) as she, Saltzman twins Josie and Lizzie, and other supernatural beings like them come of age at the Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted. Led by headmaster Alaric, the Salvatore School specializes in teaching young vampires, witches, and werewolves how to control their abilities while giving them a haven from an unforgiving outside world.
In addition to Russell, Legacies stars Matt Davis (Legally Blonde), Kaylee Bryant (Santa Clarita Diet), Jenny Boyd (Hex), Aria Shahghasemi (Instinct), and Quincy Fouse (Logan).
The series premiere of Legacies is set to air Thursday, October 25th at 9:00 on The CW. You can check out a full list of CW fall premiere dates here.
