If the searches that lead people to this site are any indication, people are wondering when TNT’s Dallas will return for its second season of 15 episodes… and now the return date has been announced.

Dallas will return for Season 2 on January 2013.

What will happen next? It looks like Rebecca will be a woman scorned, especially if she finds out about Christopher and Elena. The battle for Ewing Energies will probably be just as big as the battle for Southfork had been in the first year. When is J.R. going to make another move? Thankfully, we don’t have to wait until Summer 2013 to find out…

Stay tuned for more on Dallas later today.

What is going to happen to the show now that Larry Hagman has died.

    8. Cynthia on Nov 24, 2012 9:08 pm

How are they going to explain where Jr is now.

    9. Ian on Nov 26, 2012 12:05 am

      1. Twist the story that JR saves the Ewing Family from Cliff Barnes, It would be easy for this to be a good moment and the family rush into JR’s room to find him passes in his chair? The family then go after Barnes, Bobby, Christoper etc. And for the love of life the younger JR has got to be more fun, Larry Hagman played the part and had that giggle when he did something which made you love to hate him. He is irreplacebale but if the writers make him at hero at the end the next generation could pick something up as the show is very different to the old one. Duffy, Hagman, Gray gave is a sense for familiarity but is up the the younger generation to take up the mattle. Finally to Larry Hagman…I grew up with you, loved the show and the way you could play JR who had no redeamable parts and yet everyone loved it. I am gutted your gone but my thoughts are to your family at this time. God Bless and goodnight
