Batman is still a kid and The Penguin is the reason to watch FOX’s take on Gotham City before Batman. Featuring some great performances, especially from Robin Lord Taylor as the Penguin, Gotham has struck a nerve with an audience and on TV is the highest-rated of the shows based on DC Comics. When the show returns, expect more characters from the mythos, including Dr. Leslie Thompkins and The Scarecrow.
