8:00 The Flash (The CW) – “Mixed Signals”Photos
Barry has his hands full when he takes on a dangerous meta who can control technology, while also confronting an obstacle in his personal life: the ramifications of abandoning Iris for six months to balance the Speed Force. Meanwhile, Gypsy breaches in for a hot date with Cisco, but she gets annoyed when his work keeps them apart.

8:00 Lethal Weapon (FOX) – “Flight Risk”
Murtaugh and Riggs respond to a robbery that took place 20,000 feet in the air. The investigation turns into an ongoing hunt for an unreliable father, with his daughter being their main witness. Meanwhile, Murtaugh faces hostility from his own daughter, Riana, as he tries to connect with her.

8:00 The Middle (ABC) – “Meet the Parents”
Frankie is stoked when Axl invites her and Mike to meet and have dinner with girlfriend Lexie’s rich parents, Tammy and Bennett. But Frankie is worried that their less then luxurious lifestyle may put a damper on their meeting. Meanwhile, Brick is excited to be a part of the Sophomore Slammer fundraiser, in which fellow classmates fake arrest each other and friends come to pay money – which will go to charity – to bail them out. But Brick soon discovers that no matter how hard he tries, he just can’t get arrested.

8:00 NCIS (CBS) – “Skeleton Crew”
Director Vance welcomes NCIS Special Agent Jacqueline “Jack” Sloane, a forensic psychologist he lobbied to transfer from California, to headquarters. Also, in the midst of a storm that has shut down Washington, D.C. and knocked out power, the NCIS team investigates the kidnapping of a sailor, which sends Torres and Bishop out to sea to track evidence.

8:30 Fresh Off the Boat (ABC) – “Kids”
With the realization that Eddie is finally mature enough to be left on his own, Louis and Jessica see the light at the end of their parenting tunnel and make plans to spend more time with friends Honey and Marvin. Until their neighbors announce a plan of their own: Marvin is getting his vasectomy reversed so the couple can conceive a baby. The Huangs do their best to dissuade them.

9:00 Black-ish (ABC) – “Elder. Scam.”
Ruby gets scammed and Dre begins to suspect that she isn’t as sharp as she used to be, particularly because she was the one who used to scam other people. Zoey’s friend Aaron visits and Diane develops an instant crush on him.

9:00 Bull (CBS) – “The Illusion of Control”
Bull hires an eccentric attorney to represent him when a celebrity sues him after his advice regarding her custody case backfires.

9:00 Legends of Tomorrow (The CW) – “Freakshow”Photos
The Legends find themselves in 1870 to fix the anachronism which happens to be at P.T. Barnum’s fledgling circus. However, Nate and Ray accidentally free a saber toothed tiger, creating a bigger problem. Meanwhile, P.T. Barnum is on the hunt to capture Nate and Ray to make his show even more exciting for the crowd.

9:00 If Loving You is Wrong (OWN) – “A Taste of Freedom”
Randal intensifies his twisted harassment of Kelly and Brad.

9:00 The Mick (FOX) – “The Haunted House”
Mickey and Jimmy throw a Halloween party in their spooky, charred mansion but things get out of hand. Sabrina hopes to use the house party to cement her legacy, which her parents have tarnished, and Mickey teaches some pranksters a lesson.

9:00 Tales (BET) – “Children’s Story”
Inspired by the lyrics of Slick Rick’s “Children’s Story,” two penniless teenagers start robbing people in their neighborhood and eventually get their comeuppance.

9:00 This Is Us (NBC) – “Still There”
Randall and Beth adjust to a new family dynamic. Kate books her first big gig. Kevin suffers a setback on his movie. Jack and Rebecca are visited by an unwelcome guest.

9:30 Brooklyn Nine-Nine (FOX) – “HalloVeen”
The Nine-Nine embarks on its fifth annual Halloween Heist and, as usual, everybody has a plan and no one is safe. Relationships and friendships are tested as the title “Amazing Human Slash Genius” must be snagged by midnight, leaving everyone pitted against each other.

9:30 The Mayor (ABC) – “Buyer’s Remorse”
As Courtney settles into his new role as mayor, he’s faced with a dismal approval rating as the citizens of Fort Grey express their lack of confidence in his ability to lead, as well as those on his own staff. He realizes that he needs to take an unconventional approach when dealing with Councilman Ed Gunt and comes up with a plan to quickly turn public opinion in his favor.

Episode 7 of American Horror Story: Cult.

10:00 Hit the Road (Audience) – “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now”
Series premiere. Parents Ken and Meg pack up their dysfunctional music family in a cramped tour bus in search of fame and fortune in the series premiere.

10:00 Kevin (Probably) Saves the World (ABC) – “Sweet Little Lies”
On his quest to become a better person, Kevin helps a young couple plan their wedding. In doing so, however, he sees the consequences of lies – both his own and the couple’s. Meanwhile, Yvette attempts to organize the other celestial beings, and Reese witnesses her uncle’s strange new talents first-hand.

10:00 NCIS: New Orleans (CBS) – “Dead Man Calling”
The NCIS team investigates the copycat murder of an unsolved case from 150 years ago that spawned a legendary New Orleans ghost story. Also, Gregorio is spooked when the case is connected to a recent séance and a local medium.

10:00 Law & Order True Crime: The Menendez Murders (NBC) – “Episode 4”
After admitting to the murders, Erik and Lyle begin to divulge details of the psychological and sexual abuse they suffered at the hands of their parents. However, a lack of tangible evidence to corroborate the claims leaves Leslie and Jill to wonder how they will convince a jury that the boys truly feared for their lives given the family’s picture-perfect public persona. Meanwhile, Leslie makes a case for Dr. Oziel’s tapes to be thrown out of court and Pam Ferrero faces increased pressure from the District Attorney’s office in the shadow of Ira Reiner’s re-election campaign and the polarizing decision to acquit the police in the Rodney King case.

10:30 Loudermilk (Audience) – “A Girl in Trouble is a Temporary Thing”
Series premiere. In the series premiere, grumpy substance-abuse counselor Sam Loudermilk is forced to try to make a connection with a young addict if he wants to keep his weekly meeting space.
