Season premiere. Gordon fears Jonathan Crane is still alive and back in Gotham, when The Scarecrow’s signature MO is used in a series of robberies. Meanwhile, Penguin’s “licensing” of crime in the city backfires during the grand opening of his new Iceberg Lounge. Also, in the aftermath of his encounter with Ra’s Al Ghul, Bruce begins his vigilante watch.

9:00 The Orville (FOX) – “About a Girl”
The Orville crew is divided between cultures when Bortus and Klyden debate if their newly born offspring should receive a controversial surgery.

10:00 Better Things (FX) – “Rising”
Sam clears her head.

10:00 Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce (Bravo) – “Rule #155: Go with the Magician”
Season finale. Abby grapples with what to do with her father and tries to save her professional relationship with Barbara. Jo makes an impulsive decision that will affect her business and her relationship with Albert. Phoebe finds a way to make money by renting out her house, but someone from her past appears.

10:00 Zoo (CBS) – “The Barrier”
Season finale. The team races to stop the hybrids from breaching the barrier wall by shutting down the last beacon that draws them in.
