A new episode of The Vampire Diaries airs on Thursday night, November 15 — and from the looks of the promo trailer, it seems that we finally have Katherine back in town! What will she think of her doppelganger now also being a vampire? This is probably one of several questions we’ll have answered this week.
The episode is called “We All Go A Little Mad Sometimes,” and thanks to Mr. Video, we have some screen captures from that trailer, so you can see the return of Katherine in glorious freeze frame wonder.
