It’s called “She’s Come Undone,” and in it, Damon and Stefan try something new to provoke Elena into turning her humanity back on. Caroline gets frustrated when her attempt to intervene backfires. The Salvatore brothers end up getting some backup from a surprising choice. Also planned for the episode is some Matt and Rebekah interaction, an encounter between Klaus and Caroline, and even some stuff between Bonnie and Katherine.

The “this hurts me more than it hurts you” approach. ;) Took them long enough to figure out fear is the first thing any creature will feel, because all beings want to survive. It’s instinctual.
