FOX has expanded its relationship with Gordon Ramsay by ordering eight episodes of Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours To Hell & Back, which will feature Ramsay trying to turn around failing restaurants within 24 hours. There’s no indication of whether 24 Hours would be ready for this TV season or if it might be a summer entry to go along with MasterChef.

“The restaurant business is one of the toughest there is – and no one knows that more than Gordon,” said Rob Wade, Fox’s President, Alternative Entertainment and Specials. “Watching him try to save these businesses, not to mention restore the livelihoods of hardworking men and women, really puts the pressure on – and doing this as the clock ticks, challenges him like never before.”

Ahead of its series premiere, The Good Doctor has promoted Tamlyn Tomita (Berlin Station) to series regular. She plays Allegra Aoki, the chairman and Vice President of the foundation that controls St. Bonaventure Hospital, in the ABC medical drama.

Chicago PD has landed a syndication deal with USA and Oxygen, both of whom will begin airing the NBC procedural in October. Episodes will be on the USA app and website immediately before appearing on Oxygen’s services in January 2018. USA will air an all-day marathon of PD on Sunday, October 1st before shifting it to Friday afternoons beginning October 6th, while Oxygen will air all-day marathons on Tuesdays beginning October 3rd.
