The CW’s Tomorrow People pilot now has their resident bad boy.
Aaron Yoo, whose previous credits include Nick And Norah’s Infinite Playlist, has been cast as “Russell.” Deadline, who broke the casting, describes him as “a lightning bolt of energy and fun.” In the script, he is the younger brother of Cara; as they don’t really look like one another, maybe that idea has been scrapped, or maybe one of them is adopted, or maybe they are half-siblings?
The Tomorrow People remake pilot will be shooting in New York City very soon. It’s hoping for a spot on The CW’s Fall 2013 schedule, which will be announced in May.
