Supernatural is the last still-surviving show from The WB era, and even though it is in its eleventh season it seems to have no indication of slowing down.
At today’s CW Executive Session at the Television Critics Association press tour, network President Mark Pedowitz was asked about the show’s future.
“Both Jared and Jensen are having a blast, and as long as they have a blast, it’s a great thing,” Pedowitz answered. “[In its] eleventh year, the show is performing better than it did last year, as well as you could ever hope. So, again, we have made no series pickups yet. We have not done anything along those lines… but I’m pretty hopeful that we’ll see it again,” he said.
Translation: It doesn’t seem like the Impala is going back into the garage just yet….
