ABC has given its first 2019-2020 series order to an untitled private eye drama starring Cobie Smulders. The series was originally titled Stumptown before being known as Bad Alibi in the Hollywood trades during the lead up to upfronts. An official name should be confirmed between now and when ABC releases their schedule next week.
In addition to Smulders, the series stars Michael Ealy (Being Mary Jane), Mark Webber (SMILF), Camryn Manheim (The Practice), and Adrian Martinez (Focus).
More series orders for ABC, as well as renewals and cancellations, will be coming through the end of the week.
