Star-Crossed Ep 6 Description: “Stabbed With A White Wench’s Black Eye”

You can't say that The CW's Star-Crossed doesn't have interesting episode titles...

Our Toil Shall Strive to MendHere is the description for the March 24 episode of the series, which has the title "Stabbed With A White Wench's Black Eye."

THE ATRIANS MAKE A MOVE AGAINST THE RED HAWKS — When Emery (Aimee Teegarden) is confronted by a tabloid photographer (guest star Jabari Thomas) with video of her talking about cyper, she enlists Julia’s (Malese Jow) help to find a replacement story for him.  Meanwhile, Drake (Greg Finely) tells Roman (Matt Lanter) that Grayson’s (Grey Damon) parents are the leaders of the Red Hawks.  When Grayson’s parents throw a big charity ball at their house, Drake makes plans to go, at Vega’s request, to undertake an important mission.  Roman goes to the party to make sure Drake stays out of trouble, but gets caught in the middle of a kidnapping scheme.  Oz Scott directed the episode written by Yolanda E. Lawrence (#106).

  1. "When Emery (Aimee Teegarden) is confronted by a tabloid photographer (guest star Jabari Thomas)"
    Correction:
The tabloid reporter is played by an actor named DeVere Jehl. Matt Bandell is the reporter's name. According to IMDB Matt Bandell is in at least one other episode.

    Love this show!

  2. Please don't offer corrections to press releases. We don't write them here, we just post them. If you have an issue with the press release, contact the network.

  3. @Craig: This page doesn't have "Press Release" mentioned anywhere, or that the description is word-for-word from a press release.

I think you should thank "Carla" for pointing out that the information might be incorrect instead of bluntly telling her to not offer corrections and to contact the network. You could have advised her to do the same in a less harsh manner.

It takes the same few seconds to make a nice comment instead of a cold, blunt one.
