The news broke last night thanks to Power Rangers On-Air Central, noted to be a reliable source for Power Rangers’ often chaotic scheduling. Though Nickelodeon has yet to make any public announcement (it’s doubtful they will), expect to see the show back on the air at the end of the summer.
The first episode back will be called “The Power of Six,” which will feature some dissension among the group as they acclimate to their new sixth ranger, and the debut of a powerful upgrade for Orion, the Silver Ranger. The official description reads:
When his Ranger teammates are sidelined by an energy-sucking monster, Jake must put aside his jealousy of Orion and help him use the combined power of the past Sixth Rangers to defeat this terrible foe.
Barring any other hiatus, this would put the season finale, “Legendary Battle,” at either November 15 or 22, the latter due to a possible pre-emption by the Worldwide Day of Play in September.

Update: Saban has confirmed this on their Power Rangers Facebook page.
